Account Issues

I didn't receive the verification email

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration
• Request a new verification email from the login page
• If you still don't receive it, contact support@deprec8.io

I can't log in

• Make sure your email address is entered correctly
• Try resetting your password using the "Forgot password" link
• Check that your account email has been verified

Manifest Upload

No dependencies were detected

• Verify the file is in a supported format
• Make sure the file contains actual dependency declarations, not just project metadata
• Check that the file isn't empty or corrupted

Some dependencies are missing deprecation data

Not all libraries and services are in the deprecation database yet. deprec8 continuously expands its coverage. If you'd like to request coverage for a specific technology, contact support@deprec8.io.

Notifications

I'm not receiving notifications

• Check your notification preferences on the Subscriptions page
• Make sure you're subscribed to the relevant categories
• Check your email spam folder
• Verify your email address is correct in Settings

Organizations

I can't see organization projects

• Make sure you're in the correct organization context (use the switcher in the top navigation)
• Verify your membership and role with the organization owner
• If you received an invitation, make sure you've accepted it from the Invitations page

I can't invite members

Only organization Owners and Admins can invite new members. If you need to invite someone, ask an admin to send the invitation.
