To the fullest extent permitted by law, deprec8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

8. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions:

• Are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Will automatically renew unless cancelled
• May be cancelled at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

10. Changes to Terms
