Stay informed about new deprecations that affect the technologies you care about.

How Notifications Work

When deprec8 discovers a new deprecation in a category you're subscribed to, you'll receive an alert. Notification channels and frequency are configurable.

Managing Subscriptions

Visit the Subscriptions page to manage your notification preferences:

• Subscribe to categories you want to monitor
• Unsubscribe from categories that are no longer relevant
• Adjust frequency — choose between immediate, daily digest, or weekly digest

What Triggers a Notification

• A new deprecation is announced for a component in your subscribed categories
• A deprecation milestone date is updated (e.g. moved earlier)
• A new milestone type is added to an existing deprecation (e.g. moves from "Announced" to "Creation Blocked")

Email Notifications

Email notifications include:

• Component name and category
• Deprecation milestone type and date
• Urgency level
• Direct link to the deprecation detail page
